Happy Fall

Hello PPPR Friends!

It's Kathy, from Kathy and Kids, and today I am sharing a cute Fall card, using the "Leafy Faces Cutting Files".

I know there has been plenty of crafty Halloween projects being shared around the web, so I thought I'd get a start on Fall projects.

Details:
"Leafy Faces Cutting Files" (I love the expressions on these leaves!)
I re-sized each leaf separately and then rotated and overlaid them.  Then I welded them and used the offset feature to create the card base.
For the leaf in front, I used foam adhesive squares to add some dimension.
The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom "Let's Talk Turkey" stamp set.

Have a great week and Thanks for stopping by!

Grave Stone Card

Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon
Hi all, Leah here with you today! Another Happy Monday is upon us! Did you celebrate this past weekend with any Halloween parties or school festivities? We did both and had so much fun! Mix that with a rainy day and some crafting and it was pretty much a perfect weekend!
Now today is my design team posting day for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon so I've created something for the holiday for you today! I created a relatively simple shaped card but really…you cover the heck out of anything with glitter and it takes it to the next level, don't you think? LOL!

Lisa is pretty brilliant so I am sure she meant to do this…but I love how some of the graves in the cutting files have an opening in the top, like this one. Just calls for adding a detail there! I think adding a date in there would be cool too. Anyways, I added a small bat from the Potion Bottles Cutting File there and added a large black pearl.

You can also get a peak here at the pattern paper, I admit, I had to rub off a lot of the chunky glitter to get enough of my pattern to show through but I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Here are the files I cut from today…
Haunted Graveyard Cutting Files
Happy Pumpkin Cutting Files
Potion Bottles Cutting Files
Well I hope that you guys liked this and I'm glad to get to share with you! Have a great week and make sure you have your costumes and candy ready for Friday night! BOO!

Can't get enough of Halloween goodness!

Hello! I'm so glad you're here today! It's Ruth and I'd like to share with you some more Halloween scrapping I've done using Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons files.
Once again, I've used cutting files as well as digital papers for my project. Let's take a look!
I created a pocket page using the papers for my filler cards as well as some cuts to embellish each pocket.

I love the look of vellum - I think it worked well for my spider webs and moon.

The files I used are:

Halloween Critters Cutting Files (for the spider webs)
Wizard Owl Cutting Files (for the moon)

Notebook Pages Cutting Files (for the journaling card)

Halloween Plaid Grid (for journaling card pattern and "about" fill pattern)

Halloween Pattern Pack 2 (for filler card patterns)

Halloween Bats & Swirls (for filler card pattern)

Feel free to swing by my blog (Paper and Musings) for more details as well as the other side of this page, where I used the:
Candy Bucket Cutting Files
to create confetti to fill a pocket on my page about the Halloween candy!
(Sneak peek!)

I sure hope my inspiration to create something about Halloween has inspired you to create something of your own and enter the Trick or Treat Challenge! You have a little less than a week left to enter!

Thanks for visiting today! Have a great day!

"Witch Craft"

Hi, I'm Tina, and it's my day to show off another super cute Halloween file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons!!  I couldn't resist this Happy Pumpkin Witch!  She looks vintage and I simply love the easy way these layers went together!

I embossed the hat with the Spiderweb folder, and stamped a Peachy Keen face on her… although the sweet face she is designed with is adorable too!!

I placed this cute Pumpkin witch on a cellophane bag with a Halloween Boa I made for my mom, and tied with a Halloween Black ribbon!!

Check out this cute file as well as PPPR's other spooky Halloween files!!  They are so easy to put together as the pieces fit together perfectly… so if you have to make a quick "last minute" Halloween Treat…these are your go-to files!!

Be good to yourself!

Good Morning!

Hope you are having a great week.  I have a fun card to share with you today.  I made it for a friend who recently had surgery.  I thought it would cheer her up.

To make my card I used the Star Spangled Card Cutting Files. I sized it to 5.50 x 5.50 to make it the square shape.    The flourish is from the Flourishes 2 Cutting Files.  It is free until Thursday night.  The scalloped circle is from the Scalloped Circles Cutting Files.  The Scalloped Border is from the Borders 2 Cutting Files

Don't forget that there is the NEW Trick or Treat Challenge going on right now.

Have a great week!

Happy Halloween

Hi, and Happy Sunday!

Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot. I hope everyone is doing well.
Today I would like to share a little Halloween décor. I had so much fun making this and the PPPR 3D Witch Hat Cutting File is so simple to put together. The cute little skeleton head is from PPPR Skeleton Couple Cutting Files.  I covered the skeleton head with Mod Podge and than added Martha Stewart glow in the dark glitter.  I used the top left flower from the PPPR Flower Assortment Cutting Files. After I glued the  layers of the flowers together I sprayed it with water and started crunching up each layer. After the flower dried I sprayed it with  Glimmer Mist. For the trim of the hat I took a smaller circle and welded it to the inside of hat base. I hope that makes sense.

How I got the  skeleton head to stand up.
What I used:
 Skeleton Couple Cutting Files
Flower Assortment Cutting Files
PBD "Guess Who" Stamp Set
Ranger Archival Black Ink
Clear Embossing
Glimmer Mist
Brads
Mod Podge
Martha Stewart glow in the dark glitter
